Our History
Founded by Mary Kelly, RN, MEd and Dheeraj Taranath, DO, Omnia Integrative Health & MedSpa was built on a shared vision of delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care that bridges medical aesthetics, wellness, and integrative medicine. The practice originated in 2019 under the name Belle Ame Aesthetic Injections in the Reading area as a boutique aesthetic and wellness practice and has since evolved into a comprehensive destination for advanced aesthetic and integrative health services throughout Pennsylvania.
Now with 11 aesthetic providers and multiple locations across PA, Omnia Integrative Health & MedSpa continues to expand.
Under the medical leadership and ownership of Dheeraj Taranath, DO, Omnia has expanded its scope to provide a sophisticated, medically driven approach to wellness and aesthetics. Mary Kelly, RN, MEd played an instrumental role in the founding and development of the practice and continues to serve in a clinical and leadership capacity focused on patient experience, education, and integrative care.
Today, Omnia’s flagship location in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania offers a full spectrum of services including advanced medical aesthetics, weight management and GLP-1 programs, hormone optimization (HRT), health optimization, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and red light therapy/PEMF therapy. Every treatment plan is designed with a personalized, science-based approach to help patients restore balance, optimize health, and enhance confidence from the inside out.
