Our History
In 2019, Mary Kelly, RN, MEd under the guidance of Dheeraj Taranath, DO formed Belle Ame Aesthetic Injections located at Skin Sanctuary Spa in West Lawn, PA which is owned and operated by Shannon Seltzer.
After 4 years of hustle and lots of learning, it was time to expand. In 2023, Mary and Jemika Sivak, RN (soon to be CRNP) met at Skin Sanctuary Spa and started collaborating. Since then, Omnia Integrative Health & MedSpa was born and has grown into a successful and growing business with a unique approach to medical aesthetics with a concierge-type feel.
Now with 11 aesthetic providers and multiple locations across PA, Omnia Integrative Health & MedSpa continues to expand.
With a full curriculum of basic, advanced, and expert training courses, Mary and Jemika have educated many medical providers from physicians and physician’s assistants to nurses and nurse practitioners in and out of state.
Our MedSpa offers opportunities to contract under Dr. Dheeraj Taranath to provide medical aesthetic services under his guidance with mentorship and support from Mary and Jemika.
