Founded by Mary Kelly, RN, MEd and Dheeraj Taranath, DO, Omnia Integrative Health & MedSpa represents the evolution of a vision that began in 2019 with Belle Ame Aesthetic Injections in the Reading area. What started as a boutique aesthetic practice has grown into a trusted name in integrative health and medical aesthetics—serving clients across Pennsylvania through advanced training, evidence-based treatments, and a deeply personalized approach to care.
Formerly known as Skin Sanctuary MedSpa, LLC, Omnia has expanded to become a full-service health and wellness destination. Our Wyomissing, PA flagship location offers a comprehensive range of services—combining medical aesthetics, weight management and GLP-1 programs, hormone optimization (HRT), hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and red light and PEMF therapy—all designed to restore balance, vitality, and confidence from the inside out.
Now with 11 aesthetic providers and multiple locations across PA, Omnia Integrative Health & MedSpa continues to expand.
